Posh Plus XL is a brand of plus-sized women’s clothing that caters to women sizes 12-26. The company has been in business since 2011 and was founded by Lanie Prochazka and Shemeka Rickerl, two sisters who are passionate about helping women feel the most confident they can be. Posh Plus XL is committed to adding more designs each season in order to ensure that their customers always have something new and exciting on which to spend their money!
Lanie Prochazka
Lanie Prochazka is the founder and CEO of Posh plus XL. She began her career as a model, but she also dabbled in acting, starring in the film “The Perfect Body” alongside Penelope Cruz and Salma Hayek. Lanie started Posh plus XL after finding that there was a lack of lingerie options for women who are bigger than size 2; she wanted to create collections that featured modern designs made from luxurious fabrics and beautiful embellishments that were worthy of dressing any woman, regardless of her size or shape.
Lanie’s influence on the industry extends beyond her role at Posh plus XL: she’s an outspoken advocate for body positivity overall—she even hosted a TED Talk about how she learned to love herself as she grew older! As if all this weren’t enough, Lanie is also married with two kids who help keep her grounded when she starts feeling overwhelmed by all this work (if you’re ever feeling stuck yourself, just think back to what it must be like being CEO AND having kids).
Shemeka Rickerl
Shemeka Rickerl is the founder of The Posh plus XL Foundation, an organization that promotes inclusivity and positivity for plus size women. Shemeka has been a champion for plus size women since she was a teenager, when she started her first online magazine focusing on big girls. Since then, Shemeka has been a leader in the plus size fashion industry for over 30 years!
Shemeka’s extensive knowledge of the fashion world has allowed her to work with some of the top brands in the business—and now they’re working with her too! Her collaborations have included brands like Lane Bryant, Torrid and Ashley Stewart (to name just three). This makes sense considering Shemeka’s expertise; after all it takes more than just one person to start an organization like The Posh Plus XL Foundation!
Roslyn Osmun
Roslyn Osmun is the founder of Posh plus XL. She has been in the plus size fashion industry for over 40 years, and she continues to work hard to help women find clothing that makes them feel great.
Roslyn started off as a seamstress in San Francisco and had no idea she would be an important figure in plus size fashion today.
Carmelia Rathmanner
There are many people who have made a significant impact on the posh plus XL brand. But only one can be known as the inspiration behind its slogan: “Live it, Love it, Share it.” That person is Carmelia Rathmanner, founder of Posh plus XL and social media influencer extraordinaire.
She knows what she wants and she goes after it full force—and that’s exactly how she got her start in fashion. After graduating from college with a degree in fashion design, Carmelia launched her own clothing line at age 22. She wasn’t afraid to take risks when starting out; instead of focusing on one type of style (think high-end couture), she was determined to create something for everyone—and that’s why there are so many different styles available at Posh plus XL today!
After finding success with her first collection, Carmelia decided to continue down this path by starting up a blog about fashion tips for women who wear plus sizes…and this is where things really started taking off! It didn’t take long before everyone from Vogue magazine editors all the way down to everyday women were talking about her blog posts—which means there will soon be even more fashionable options available!
Reba Moulder
Reba Moulder is the founder of the Posh plus XL fashion brand. She is a fashion designer, stylist and entrepreneur who has been featured in many magazines and TV shows. Reba began her own clothing line in 2004, which has become wildly successful due to its focus on enhancing women’s bodies with fashionable clothes that fit properly. The company now offers swimwear as well as separates for women up to size 48L (64L in Australia).
Edelmira Fourman
Edelmira Fourman
Founder and CEO of the Posh plus XL brand, Edelmira has been designing beautiful clothes for more than 15 years. She holds a degree in fashion design from the School of Fashion and Design, and was featured on an episode of Project Runway where she won Best Design. She’s also won multiple awards for her designs, including Best Designer at the 2019 LA Fashion Show, as well as being named one of 25 Most Influential Designers by InStyle Magazine. Edelmira is passionate about inspiring young women to pursue their dreams in fashion by showing them that there are no limits when it comes to creativity or style!

His unique approach to mixing fabrics and colors is what makes him such a master of his craft. He has been recognized for his eye for detail, which allows him to make clothing that can be worn by everyone from everyday people to those who have an active lifestyle.
